Welcome to the Caribbean School Library Wiki. This is a place where students can share ideas and reviews of great books they have read. You can access the wiki anywhere to look for new books to read, leave comments about books you have already read, or create a new booktalk for others to comment on!
Guidelines for Proper Use:
- Please use appropriate language and topics
- Be respectful of other people's opinions
- Keep the comments related to the books. This is not a place for gossip or other discussions
- Keep your login information and passwords SECRET.
- Write the summary in your own words. DO NOT copy the summaries on the backs of the books!
**All comments will be reviewed and approved by Ms. Lee, so please make sure you are sticking to the guidelines.
How to Create a Booktalk:
(Click on "Example" in Navigation page to see an example of format)
1. Click on "Create a Page" on the right of this page
2. Title the page with the title of the book you are reviewing
3. Before clicking "Create" Click on "More Options" and choose a genre for your book
4. Continue with the blank template, and click "Create Page"
5. Type in your review of the book. At the top of the review, be sure to include the author's name, illustrator's name (if there is one) and also the number of pages. Make sure you check spelling and grammar!
6. Click "Save" and you are done!
How to Find Books and Review Books:
1. In the navigation box, click on the folder of a genre
2. Click on the title of a book to read it's description
3. If it is a book you have already read, you can leave a comment in the comment box at the bottom of the page
4. When you are done, click save! (again, be sure to check spelling and grammar!)
**You can also leave general comments about books or about the Wiki for Ms. Lee in the comments section below!
